Duke’s Bread was launched in 2010 as a mode of employment for its owner, Adam Duke. Since then, it has grown substantially and now provides bread to Charlotte's chefs and residents. They specialize in fresh, daily breads from scratch. All of their signature sourdough breads use a 200-year-old starter that is aged 24-hours, resulting in a unique and light sourdough flavor. They use an unbleached, unbromated, and low-processed flour that is GMO-free with no chemicals or additives.
